How should I use CarboRocket?

I like to mix 2 scoops (30 servings per container) in a small water bottle and 3 scoops (20 serving per container) in a large water bottle.  I drink about one water bottle per hour of exercise.  Sometimes I will drink a bottle one hour before a race as well.

Why does CarboRocket taste so good compared to other sports drinks?

Plain and simple, I use the highest quality most expensive ingredients available. For example; others may or may not use all-natural flavoring but even all-natural flavorings range from really cheap, nasty flavoring to very expensive, very tasty flavoring. The expensive flavorings are often 10 times more money but you can really taste the difference, especially after 4+ hours of training or racing in the sun. If you can't stand the taste you're not going to hydrate. I think its worth the extra money and I'm sure you'll agree.

Why is the 2:1 ratio important?

That's the magic ratio. New research indicates that a 2:1 ratio of Maltodextrin to Fructose provides the most sustained energy during extended periods of exercise.  No other stand-alone carbohydrate source or combination of sources provides longer lasting fuel for your endeavors.

What's with the exotic flavors?

Nobody does mango, kiwilime or raspberry lemonade (does anyone?) like CarboRocket. I've mixed up a zillion different flavors (ok, maybe a hundred) and combinations of flavors and, while they have all been good,  these flavors stood out as the best.
